The great folks at our historic neighborhood restaurant, Willows, are providing us with a place to have a regular neighborhood get-together. I have good news. The "Kuhio Elementary School's Community Council (SCC)" will be at the meeting tonight, partially by holding the Kuhio SCC Monthly Board Meeting in the private room adjacent to the social's. We lookforward to meeting all of you and you learning more about Kuhio Elementary School and its children. Our board meeting will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. and from 7 p.m till 7:30 p.m. we will invite you to learn about our great school. Please feel free to ask questions, we would love to become a constant part of your socials and future programs.

Mahalo nui for confirming Ron. I got an e-mail from Rachel yesterday, but she was not sure yet who from CPB would be coming as well. Although our Moiliili Matters RSVP list doesn't reflect it, about 5 people from Kokua Market have RSVPd and so have three people from Sherwin Williams.

Bruse - We're looking forward to seeing you there as well.

Kaimana - I'm glad you'll be able to make it.

Jonathan - not a problem at all. Have your girlfriend come over.

Bill - I hope you find your way there. It is indeed more social than working but it will be good nonetheless in the effort to get to know our neighbors better.

Marijane - I'm glad to know you had fun at the last one. This one should be equally fun if not more fun.

I plan on attending as much of these events as well so I can probably talk to a good cross section of the community that may attend your social event. Thank you very much for the invite. Also, my girl friend usually has events on Tuesday night at the JCCH building but she can come over a little late. She did want to come over if that is okay with you. Thanks Derek!

Hello Derek,

Thank you for the invite...I might attend...pending what side of the bed I get up on that day...however, this "sounds" like a more "social" function as to a work or discussion function.
I might be more comfortable coming to a Reg. meeting at Washington Middle School?) (date?) .... my personnel goal is to become a "squeeky wheel" as it does not pay to just "complain" to both Police / Trash Co. & my "current" elected representatives.
I guess I have the wrong last name.
Again we will see...
