College Town Survey

Hello everyone,
I had fun at the Moiliili Matters Social Event at the Willows. I am glad I went and got to meet a lot of you. I wish I had a chance to speak to everyone. Anyway, as a student of the University of Hawaii School of Architecture, I am continuing my studies on College Towns. I could look on line for what people think of college towns but I wanted to ask you what your thoughts are on the community?

What fears do you have of developing a college town between the University of Hawaii and Moiliili?
What would you like to see more of in Moiliili?
