Grassfed beef meatloaf served on a warm sweet roll with American Cheese and house-made mango ketchup  $9

 

4King Fish Tacos

Four tacos sauteed with a mixture of fresh island fish.   Served on white corn tortilla with lettuce tomato and smoked tomato sauce.  $10

 

Kim Chee Mahi Mahi Sandwich

Made with the Chef's Kim Chee atop pan seared Mahi Mahi.  Served on an onion roll.  $10

 

Sweet Chicken PoBoy

Battered and Fried Chicken.  Served in a hoagie roll with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and honey mustard sauce.  $9

 

Keawe Smoked Baby Back Rib Sandwich

We take classic Baby Back Ribs and slow roast them and pull the meat off the bone for you. Served with a Lehua Honey BBQ sauce on a hoagie roll.  $9



 

ENTRÉE

All Entrée come with a choice of white or brown rice and a choice of Ma'o Farms Sassy Mix Salad or House-Made Kim Chee and Cucumber Kim Chee. 

 

Big Island Meatloaf with Brown Gravy

Made with grass-fed Big Island Beef.  Served with house-made brown gravy.  $10

 

Local Style Beef Luau Stew

Using beef that is locally raised, this island favorite is slow simmered for a day before it is served. $10 

 

Chef Kapo's Mochiko Chicken

It took years of practice to perfect.  This is easily Chef Kapo's favorite item.  $10

 

4Kings Fried Rice

At some restaurant this dish is a side.  Here it is an entree fit for 4Kings.  $9

  -  Add 2 eggs any style for an extra - $2

 

"Not Your Normal Loco"

A house-made fish burger with fresh caught Mahi Mahi.  Served with shiitake mushroom gravy and two eggs your choice of style. $11

 

Chinese Steamed Fresh Island Fish

Steamed with lup cheong. shiitake mushrooms, green onion, carrots, and ginger.  Made with fresh fish caught daily.  $11

 

Red Wine Braised Chops

Pork chops seasoned well and slow braised in a red wine sauce.  $9

Tofu Salad with North Shore Tomato & Organic Makaha Greens

Pan seared tofu topped with sliced red onion, North Shore vine ripe tomato and greens from Makaha valley, roasted garlic and Hawaiian Ogo Vinaigrette.  $11

 

Seared Ahi Poke Salad

Ma'o Organic Farms "Sassy Mix" salad topped with fresh ahi poke seared rare and garnished with local fresh avocados with a garlic aioli.  $11
