- Lived in Hawaii 47 years 22 of those years in Mō‘ili‘ili.
I was a graduate student at the University of Hawaii for 6 years, a research scientist with the National Marine Fisheries Service, and the Naval Research and Development for 15 years. I served as adjunct faculty member with Community colleges and as a high school teacher for 21 years. Presently writing monograph on the effects of the Napoleonic Wars on the development of modern geology.
