- Improvements to infrastucture (sewer and water) so that any 'moritorium' on redeveloping A-2 (apartment) zoned land is lifted. Because of its excellent location, Mo'ili'ili is slowly beginning to undergo gentrification (becoming more up-scale) which I think is good.

- Mo'ili'ili is a good place to do business, live, and become educated, being in close proximity to good schools, restaurants, recreation and interesting businesses. There seems to be an increasing sense of community, due to more people becoming involved in civic events and issues. I find my enjoyment of the neighborhood increasing after having lived here since 1986. Of course, becoming more involved has been key to that increased enjoyment. Thank you friends and neighbors !!!
