- Fix the area surrounding the freeway with nice greenery for picnics. The City and State continue to not have the funding so my suggestion would be to look for grants or do a fundraiser to eventually build the greenbelt.
We would still need to get the City or State to agree to maintain the Park if it we did raise the funds. But if one of them agreed to maintain it once OTMBA raised the funds, that would help OTMBA in doing the fundraiser.
