KATHY: If the people doing the dumping are caught in the act, they would be fined. However property owners/lessees are repsonsible for their property as well under the law. As for larger buildings providing storage sapce for private homes? I doubt w…

For the condos, I feel it is a building management problem. Some building managers are not responsive to the residents and will not help them to dispose of the items properly. So in desperation, they place it where they have seen other items piled u…

Not 24 hours after the city did the regularly scheduled bulky item pick up. The condo building at the corner of Kuilei and Kahuna (Hono Hale Towers) has a huge pile of bulky items! This is an area with obvious no dumping signs and was just cleaned o…

The garbage dumping on Kahuna Lane (fronting Hono Hale Towers) is gone. I notice that too. People bring out more afterwards. I'm glad bulk rubbish picks up every now and then. It's an eye sore to look at when I pass by everyday. I'll let everyone know if I see more. I usually walk around in the area every now and then.

I currently live in Moili'ili and like the neighborhood a lot and think this is a great way to build the community and get residents, business owners, and reps and senators all in touch.
My question is , what happens if i move? Am I suddenly not a member anymore?

After speaking with a few different business owners in Mo'ili'ili, I re-realized what I heard and knew but forgot I guess... The Bishop Estate owns a big portion if not most or all of the land in Mo'ili'ili and leases out to businesses in the area. Let's invite some trustees and/or persons who oversee the commercial properties/ revitalization and improvement projects for discussion on "Mo'ili'ili
Matters"!
