A friendly alert about a panhandler in our 'hood.

He's about 15, caucasian and slim, rides a skateboard, wears a helmet, wearing gray pants, and blue shirt with a light horizontal stripe, and has black dress shoes. He has light colored eyes.

He got me as I was leaving my building. I hadn't even walked thru my parking lot and he came up asking for directions to walmart. He had a handful of change too. I saw him at the next building by their stairs waiting for people to leave and asking them for money too.

Either he's really hard up or has figured that he'll have better luck asking people first thing in the morning....either way, parents of this child, congratulations on creating another leech on the system, looks like you have some work to go in creating a contribution to society instead of a burden.
